So...we were short a person last night.  What was supposed to be easy, totally wasn't.  Three of us had to cover the whole dining room that normally takes four, five if we're lucky, and it was pretty full.  Even with four people we're still running around like mad.  So after coming in in the morning, I had to deal with that crap, it was not fun.  ( Read more... )
